Refund Policy
Returns:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to our warehouse, as returns are processed in a different department.
There are some situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we recommend taking the following steps:
1. Check your bank account to ensure the refund hasn’t already been credited.
2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank, as there may be a processing time before the refund is reflected in your account.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@renewilab.com, and we will assist you with the process.

Step 3: Send us the pics/videos documented by email + explanation to show why you are not satisfied

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately within 14 days of delivery. Include details of the issue, photos of the defective items, and a snapshot of the package showing a clear tracking number. Our Returns Department will review your case and provide options for returning the defective products for replacement or refund. If available, a replacement will be sent for the original purchased items at no additional cost.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Renewi is not responsible for lost returns.
